For a long time Microsoft Surface development has been only available for those developers that had a Surface Developer Unit and since this summer for students with a student MSDN account. Today Microsoft made the Surface SDK available for all developers.
I must say that I was hoping that Microsoft would announce a new version that would run on Windows 7 x64. But I guess this is good news too. I hope the community will start growing with great new apps. If we can help, let us know!!!
